Bennett had a reaction time of .000 and ran 5.610 on his 5.61 dial for the perfect run and the win.

After the perfect run, the only thing left was the race for the Wally between Pro winner West and Super Pro winner Bennett. West won the Wally with a 6.862 on his 6.84 dial when Bennett was late but still ran a fine 5.602 on his 5.60 dial. It was all in the reaction time as West had a .034 to Bennett's .621.
