Georgia notes:

Whit Bazemore is #4 in funny car ( 4.834 @ 322.04 ).

Three of the four Georgia Pro Stock teams at Dallas qualified for the sixteen car field - Kurt Johnson ( #14- 6.812 @ 202.88 ), Mark Whisnant ( #15- 6.816 @ 202.61 ) and Warren Johnson ( #16- 6.819 @ 202.73 ) made the cut, but Barry Grant came up a little short ( #21 - 6.843 @ 201.70 ).
